Sweet Garlic Longanisa Ingredients

Minced pork, brown and white sugar, hog casing (made from pork intestine), fresh garlic, oyster sauce (may include shellfish), vinegar, corn flour (may include traces of gluten), paprika, salt, pepper.

Storage and Cooking Instructions

Our products are delivered chilled or frozen to lock in freshness. Please store in the freezer on arrival, or in the refrigerator if you plan to cook within 48 hours.

Cook thoroughly before serving. For best results, pan-fry over medium heat with a little oil, turning gently until evenly cooked and caramelised.

Enjoy straight from the pan with garlic rice and egg, or pair with your favourite sides. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze after defrosting.

I loved the sweet longganisa. Reminds me so much of home. I had it with fried rice and egg which made it even more appetizing. Delivery is prompt. I am yet to taste the garlic longganisa and the tocino. I will definitely order again.
