Refund policy
At Timplado, all products are freshly prepared, vacuum-sealed, and dispatched chilled or frozen. Due to the nature of our products, specific UK consumer law exemptions apply.
No Returns (Perishable Goods Exemption)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before dispatch cannot be refunded, as production and preparation will already have commenced.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If your order arrives:

damaged,

spoiled on arrival, or
-
incorrect,
please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

your order number, and
-
clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with UK consumer law (refund, replacement, or partial refund where applicable).
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are unable to issue refunds for:

failed delivery due to incorrect address details, or
-
missed deliveries where the courier has attempted delivery as scheduled.
