Shipping Information

At Timplado, we take great care in preparing and dispatching our products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.


Dispatch Schedule

  • All products are prepared in small batches

  • Dispatch dates are scheduled in advance and confirmed at checkout or via order confirmation

  • Orders are dispatched chilled or frozen, depending on the product

Please note: the order date may differ from the dispatch date.


Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

  • UK Mainland

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

  • Channel Islands


Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Mainland deliveries are typically next working day after dispatch

  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands may take at least 48 hours from dispatch

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier routing, location, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Delivery Method & Packaging

  • Orders are shipped using reliable third-party couriers

  • Products are packed with insulation and ice packs to maintain temperature during transit

  • While we take every precaution, longer transit times may affect temperature stability


Customer Responsibilities

To help maintain product quality, customers must:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the expected delivery day

  • Refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon arrival

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.


Missed or Failed Deliveries

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout

  • Missed deliveries where the courier has attempted delivery

  • Parcels left unattended or not stored correctly after delivery


Courier Delays & Issues

Delivery times are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Courier delays once the order has been dispatched

  • Delays caused by adverse weather or operational issues

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and contents

We will assess the issue and respond in line with UK consumer law.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Any free delivery promotions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch date.
Cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded, as preparation will already have begun.
