This website is operated by Timplado (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

3. Products & Availability

All products sold by Timplado are perishable food items prepared in small batches.

  • Product descriptions and images are for guidance only.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time without prior notice.

  • Availability is subject to stock and production capacity.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Orders may only be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date

Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

6. Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched chilled or frozen using third-party couriers.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk passes to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers,

  • Incorrect address details supplied by the customer, or

  • Missed deliveries where delivery has been attempted.

7. Food Safety & Storage

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery, and

  • Following the storage and cooking instructions provided.

We cannot be held responsible for product quality issues arising from improper storage, handling, or preparation after delivery.

8. Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including (but not limited to):

  • Soy

  • Gluten

  • Dairy

  • Garlic

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Please contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Timplado and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses,

  • Loss of enjoyment, or

  • Issues arising from courier delays or third-party services.
